Important Information About Your TV Service

Posted 09/03/2019 by Eagle Broadband

As your local TV provider, we're your neighbors that live and work in your communities. We fight hard to deliver the finest entertainment at the best value.

We've recently experienced a change that has allowed us to consider ways to save you money. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to drop certain networks that will make the most impact on your bottom line - these networks include Viacom, AMC, CBS Sports, and MLB. These changes will take effect beginning September 3, 2019.

Will you be reducing my bill price?

While we cannot provide a price drop to your package, we can provide a monthly rebate! This will take effect at the time of the channel drop through the end of January 2020. You will see this rebate under the “Promotions and Discounts” section on your bill.  If you have questions or would like to discuss ways to save money on your monthly bill, contact us - we want to ensure you are satisfied with our services.  Our entertainment experts are ready to discuss the options Eagle can provide.
