If you are approached by a salesperson from another company, either door-to-door or on the phone, offering to save you money on your cable and internet services on behalf of Eagle Communications, it may be a scam. Eagle does NOT partner with third-party providers - like Dish TV, Verizon or AT&T.
These salespeople might ask to see your Eagle bill - we advise you to be cautious with who you share your information with.
There have been reports these salespeople have been targeting the elderly. Please, share this information your neighbors, family, and friends if you think they could be at risk.
Eagle Communications representatives will never sell you services, door-to-door, without wearing Eagle logo attire and offering you a business card with our contact information. If you are approached by someone that is not wearing the Eagle logo, trying to sell you TV and Internet services, it may be a scam to get you to switch to another provider.
